Baseball has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I shifted to coaching after high school, I quickly realized that the skills needed to be a great coach apply well beyond the sport. Whether working with my teams on the field, guiding my three boys through life, or helping my financial professionals through their clients’ various situations, it’s all about coaching. My high school coach is still a friend and mentor 30-plus years later, and I hope to have the same impact on others.
